Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure deployments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and maintain updated knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Lead hardware/software upgrades and migration projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and system failures
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
