Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (O365, AWS)
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and upgrades
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT support with 2+ years in cloud environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems and ITIL practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 and macOS systems
- Knowledge of Cisco networking fundamentals and VLAN management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
