Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and optimize cloud-based systems including Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and create user training materials
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and upgrades
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with 99.5% uptime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
