Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across Sacramento-based client sites
- Manage and resolve service tickets using JIRA and ServiceNow platforms with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS environments, including Active Directory and MDM solutions
- Conduct on-site hardware installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors to procure and optimize technology solutions
- Lead IT projects including cloud migrations and security implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD management
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMWare, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
