Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ endpoints including Windows/macOS systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services
- Implement and manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity protocols across diverse client environments
- Lead hardware/software deployment projects including imaging, asset tracking, and documentation
- Develop automation scripts for routine tasks using PowerShell and Python
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and SLA management
- Mentor junior support staff through knowledge sharing sessions
- Conduct quarterly system audits and security compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Expertise in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Proven experience with SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management tools
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
