  • Implement and manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity protocols across diverse client environments
  • Lead hardware/software deployment projects including imaging, asset tracking, and documentation
  • Develop automation scripts for routine tasks using PowerShell and Python
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and SLA management
  • Mentor junior support staff through knowledge sharing sessions
  • Conduct quarterly system audits and security compliance reviews

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
  • CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

  • Proven experience with SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management tools
