Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, network infrastructure, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to 100+ end-users
- Implement security protocols and data protection measures
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk ticketing systems
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and endpoint management
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
