Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud-based SaaS applications
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for VoIP systems, VPNs, and virtual environments
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service-level agreements
- Lead IT security initiatives including endpoint protection and patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support with Microsoft 365/Azure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent industry certifications
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
