Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage help desk tickets and remote troubleshooting via phone/email/chat
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across 150+ users
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with security team on endpoint protection measures
- Support office infrastructure including printers, AV systems, and cloud services
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or help desk role
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and VPN solutions
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
