Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
- Document IT processes and maintain updated knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
- Train staff on new technologies and system updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
