- Manage and maintain Windows/macOS environments and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and troubleshoot VoIP systems, printers, and peripheral devices

- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Support office moves and technology rollouts across multiple locations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
