Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via remote and on-site assistance
- Manage Active Directory, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Mentor junior technicians and implement best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services (Azure/AWS)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security tools
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
