- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for frontier technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives to commercialization
- Deep knowledge of policy landscapes for emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal grants and private venture funding
