Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive data strategies to support business objectives.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analyses and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support high-level decision-making processes.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to present complex data in a visually compelling and easily understandable format.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across all systems by conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities.
- Process Optimization: Streamline data workflows and automation scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual reporting time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data findings into clear, concise, and persuasive business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
