Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and design systems ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling documentation and presentations
- Maintain design assets and contribute to our evolving design library
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with SaaS or web applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ end-to-end design projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
