Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with business goals
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with UX trends and best practices
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Analyze user data to inform iterative design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
