Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design systems and maintain brand consistency
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Develop design documentation and style guides for development teams
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers through collaborative design critiques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong prototyping skills
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
