Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys and information architecture
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve experiences
- Document design specifications and maintain design documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
