Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Create design systems and maintain UI consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping to identify pain points
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize product experiences
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Proficiency in creating design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
