Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to define product requirements and user personas.
- Design and wireframe high-fidelity user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Create interactive prototypes and design systems to communicate design concepts effectively to developers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Conduct design reviews and quality assurance to maintain high visual and functional standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or product environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes, from research to wireframing to prototyping.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
