Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement features.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from the team and users.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for maximum usability and conversion.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in User Experience Design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX projects (research, wireframing, prototyping).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
