Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to prioritize and resolve critical issues
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Validate functional requirements against technical specifications
- Participate in agile sprint planning and review ceremonies
- Maintain comprehensive test case documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience with software applications
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (black-box, gray-box, regression)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
