Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1 support for internal employees and external clients
- Implement security protocols and best practices for data protection
- Document technical issues and maintain accurate support tickets
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Conduct system backups and disaster recovery drills
- Train end-users on new software and security procedures
Qualifications
