Responsibilities
- Design & Refine Prompts: Create, test, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Model Training: Assist in the fine-tuning of AI models by providing high-quality training data and feedback loops.
- Technical Documentation: Document prompt engineering best practices, methodologies, and usage guidelines for the engineering team.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor AI output quality, accuracy, and safety to continuously improve response generation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into broader applications.
- Experimentation: Experiment with new AI architectures and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, technical writing, or a related field within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NLP concepts, transformer models, and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
