Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Design and implement secure REST APIs with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize application performance using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement automated testing strategies ensuring 90%+ code coverage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade Java applications
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
