Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming sessions

- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SAML)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS/Azure certification with production deployment experience
