Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VPN solutions and security protocols (ACLs, VLANs)
- Resolve Tier 2/3 network outages within SLA timelines
- Document network changes in ServiceNow and Visio
- Support hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure integration)
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat mitigation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLAN design
- Hands-on experience with Meraki and Aruba wireless systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with structured methodologies
- Valid NJ driver's license for occasional client visits
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
