Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user needs to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
- Design and test new features and interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and component library.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with user research methodologies.
