Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Resolve critical production issues during weekend shifts with rapid response protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and system improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance and security
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and code reviews
- Monitor system health and implement preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working non-traditional hours (weekends)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
