Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Query large datasets using SQL and Python to extract relevant information for weekend reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to track performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management and stakeholder review.
- Data Quality Assurance: Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to define KPIs and data requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work a weekend shift (e.g., Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday).
