- Monitor weekend operational metrics and report anomalies in real-time
- Develop automated reports to track KPIs and performance trends
- Collaborate with weekend teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with weekend shift flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and Tableau/Power BI
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Comfortable working independently during weekend shifts
