Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy for weekend reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and update complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during off-hours to minimize downtime.
- Document data processes and standard operating procedures to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a part-time or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) are required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
