Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures for weekend data pipelines
- Present findings through concise executive summaries and data-driven presentations
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from client-facing teams during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced spreadsheet modeling techniques
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a weekend shift
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes preferred
