Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve product experiences
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful outcomes and measurable impact on user experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
