Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Lead usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills
