Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Create high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD for web/mobile applications
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design
- Proficiency in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Experience with prototyping tools and interaction design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
