Responsibilities

- Analyze prompt performance metrics to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers to model-specific prompt strategies
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices
- Research emerging AI trends and integrate advanced techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in NLP or prompt engineering
- Proven portfolio of AI prompt optimization projects
- Expertise with OpenAI API, LangChain, and vector databases
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
