Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and drive product decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Perform A/B testing and analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure products are usable by everyone.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio showcasing case studies and a clear design process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
