Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Perform user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Design Experience: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to identify pain points and iterate on designs for optimal user satisfaction.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure all design assets are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and design system.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and handoff specifications for the development team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional UX design experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: A strong, portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and case studies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Technical: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive web design principles.
