We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our dynamic team in Henderson, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our critical network infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Perform routine network audits, maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues and hardware failures.
- Manage cabling infrastructure, including fiber and copper installations, termination, and testing.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
- Document network topology, IP schemes, and configuration changes accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Experience with network monitoring tools and remote troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
