Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design responsive and accessible user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into design solutions.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback and performance metrics to optimize user engagement.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams to secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in end-to-end design processes, from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
