Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user flows and information architecture for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design systems
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
