Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks including Cisco routers and switches
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using advanced monitoring tools
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including VPNs and firewalls
- Document network infrastructure changes and create technical reports
- Collaborate with cloud services for hybrid network solutions
- Train staff on network best practices and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
- Valid Florida driver's license for on-site visits
