- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Present design concepts and research findings to internal teams and external clients with clarity and confidence.
- Optimize user interfaces to improve conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and a clear design thinking process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
