What You Will Do:
Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive designs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
- Conduct A/B testing to iterate and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and update the company's design system components.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- A strong, online portfolio showcasing case studies and design process.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
