Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile platforms.
- Participate in design critiques and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and process (academic projects or personal work are acceptable).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
