Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to continuously improve user satisfaction.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and case studies.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and auto-layout features.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
