Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and design solutions
- Create compelling design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for client presentations
- Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end design projects
- Experience with agile development methodologies preferred
