Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver user-centered solutions
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital platforms
- Analyze user data and market trends to inform design decisions and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against industry best practices
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
