Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for healthcare SaaS platforms
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design systems
- Usability testing and iterative design improvements based on feedback
- Develop design documentation and accessibility-compliant interfaces
- Maintain and evolve design libraries for consistent brand experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing healthcare/tech projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
