Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex product solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing problem-solving process and business impact
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
